The discipline the gym was built on. Stance and footwork first, then defence, then hands — progressed at the speed you actually learn, not the speed the class moves.

Most gyms in Broward County do one of these well and treat the other two as an add-on. Here each program has its own coaching staff, its own progression and its own place on the schedule. You can train one of them for a year, or all three in a week.

Boxing in Pembroke Pines →Grappling that rewards patience over strength. You learn to be safe in bad positions long before you learn to finish from good ones.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Pembroke Pines →Functional work and real weightlifting, written for your body and your week. The floor that makes the boxing and the jiu-jitsu hold up.
Personal Training in Pembroke Pines →There is one price and it covers everything on the timetable. Box on Monday, roll on Tuesday, lift on Wednesday, box again Thursday — nothing about that costs more than training once a week, and nobody has to pick a lane before they know which one they like.
It is deliberately simple. Multi-tier pricing exists to make the cheap tier feel bad, and a gym that wants you in four times a week should not be charging you for the fourth visit.

What the membership includes01
Ring the gym and say which of the three you want to start with. Get there fifteen minutes before the class so somebody can walk you round the floor rather than pointing at it.
02
Training clothes, a towel and a water bottle. Gloves, wraps and a gi are all things to buy after you know you are staying, not before. Ask what the gym has to lend.
03
A first boxing class is stance, movement and pads. A first jiu-jitsu class is position and escapes. Live work is something you opt into later, when the coach says you are ready.
If you are starting from a standing start, the national benchmark is a useful anchor: the U.S. Physical Activity Guidelines ask adults for 150 minutes of moderate activity a week plus two muscle-strengthening days, and the CDC says the same in plainer language. Three classes a week clears both.

Taft Street puts the gym within a short drive of Miramar, Cooper City, Davie, Weston as well as Pembroke Pines itself — members come from across west Broward, and the City of Pembroke Pines keeps the local park and recreation calendar that a lot of them plan their week around.
Directions, parking and hoursThe gym has changed hands and is changing name. The address, the phone number and the mats are the same ones the 151 reviews on the Google profile were written about — what is new is the ownership, the name over the door, and a single unlimited membership in place of the old pricing.
Call the gym, tell us which of the three you want to start with, and we will tell you when the next beginner-friendly session runs.
