Contract length, joining fee, family and student rates, and whether a free trial class is offered are all still to be confirmed — ask when you call.

What the membership includes

Unlimited boxing classes
Every boxing session on the timetable, morning and evening, at whatever level you are training.
Unlimited jiu-jitsu classes
Fundamentals, all-levels and open mat. Train once a week or five times; the price does not move.
Personal training
Strength and conditioning coaching alongside the class programs, booked directly with your coach.
Open floor access
The bags, the mats and the weight floor outside of class times.
Coaching, not supervision
Somebody whose job is to correct what you are doing, in every class, not a member of staff at a desk.

Why it is one price and not three

Tiered memberships exist to make the cheapest option feel like a compromise. They also force a decision on the day somebody joins — the day they know least about what they will actually enjoy. Plenty of people walk in for boxing and end up spending most of their week on the mats, and a pricing structure that punishes that is a pricing structure working against the gym.

The other reason is coaching quality. When the same membership covers the strength work and the combat sports, the coaches can see your whole week and program around it rather than guessing. That is a real advantage over training striking in one building and lifting in another, and it is only possible because nothing here is billed separately.

What you get out of it in a week

Three sessions a week is the number most members settle on, and it is not an arbitrary one: the U.S. Physical Activity Guidelines ask adults for 150 minutes of moderate activity plus two muscle-strengthening days, and the CDC's adult basics put it the same way. Two class sessions and one strength session clears both with room to spare, on one membership, in one building.

Try the programs before you commit to one

  • Boxing — Footwork, defence, pads and controlled sparring — coached every round.
  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — Position before submission — taught in order, drilled until it is yours.
  • Personal Training — Functional strength and weightlifting, programmed for one person — you.

The weekly schedule shows which block each program owns, and the contact page has directions and parking.

Ask about the current rate

Pricing, contract terms and whether there is a trial class are all questions best answered by a person. Call the gym and ask.
