Members come from across west Broward. Taft Street is a straight run from Miramar, Cooper City, Davie and Weston, and the gym sits inside Pembroke Pines itself. We are a single location, not a chain, so everybody trains on the same floor with the same coaches — the City of Pembroke Pines is the local authority for the area, and Broward County publishes the transit and road information if you are getting here without a car.
